General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the dc33 platform and its user ("player" or "you"). By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on dc33, you acknowledge that you have read and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

dc33 is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all services, games, and promotions.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific terms applicable to individual games or promotions together form part of this agreement. In the event of a conflict, specific terms will take precedence over general terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the dc33 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from using this platform.
• You must operate the account on your own behalf — not as a representative of any other person.
• At the time of opening an account, you must be of sound mind and making decisions consciously.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from using this type of service.

dc33 reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time. An account may be temporarily suspended and funds withheld prior to verification or if verification fails. If a minor's account is identified, it will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration

By opening an account at dc33, you confirm the following:

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth, etc. — must be completely true and accurate. dc33 reserves the right to close any account opened with false or misleading information.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds will be reviewed in accordance with the service terms.

3.3 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the dc33 support team immediately. dc33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from negligence in protecting your account.

3.4 Updating Information

If any registered information changes — especially your mobile number or payment details — you are required to notify dc33 immediately. dc33 will not be liable for any withdrawal delays caused by outdated information.

Account Verification

dc33 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This process is essential for ensuring the security and fair use of the platform. Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Recent proof of address document
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay)

If you do not respond to a verification request or provide incomplete information, dc33 reserves the right to keep withdrawal processing on hold. Once verification is complete, normal withdrawal processing will resume.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dc33 are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Transaction limits may also be affected by the individual policies of each payment method.

5.1 Deposits

Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to network or payment gateway issues, please contact the dc33 support team. Funds once deposited are non-refundable and will remain as account balance only.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Funds will be sent to the registered payment method only. Before withdrawing, you must ensure:

• Account verification is complete
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met
• The minimum withdrawal amount (৳1,000) is available in the account

5.3 Account Currency

All transactions on dc33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

Bonuses & Promotions

dc33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms that must be followed.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Bonus examples: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000; deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳31,000. The bonus amount will never exceed ৳15,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place 25 × ৳2,000 = ৳50,000 in bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by dc33.
• Each bonus offer applies once per account, household, address, or payment method.
• It may be possible to withdraw only the deposited cash funds before bonus requirements are met, but doing so may cancel the bonus.
• dc33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6.4 VIP Program

Gaming Rules

All games on dc33 are conducted fairly and transparently. The platform's games are powered by software from reputable game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others.

7.1 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely random and cannot be predicted in advance. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, dc33 reserves the right to apply the correct outcome.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, disconnection, or any other technical issue, dc33 will make every effort to restore the saved game state. If restoration is not possible, the wagered amount will be refunded.

7.3 Sports Betting

Each bet placed on cricket or any other sport will be considered valid only after active confirmation by dc33. For any event that is officially cancelled or postponed, wagered funds will be refunded or settled in accordance with the rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dc33 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Operating an account under another person's identity or on their behalf
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses
• Using software, bots, or automation to manipulate game outcomes
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs without reporting them to dc33
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
• Threatening or harassing other players
• Impersonating a dc33 employee or representative
• Using the platform to send advertisements or spam messages

If suspicious activity is detected, dc33 reserves the right to place the account under investigation and suspend transactions immediately.

Account Closure & Suspension

dc33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of the terms and conditions
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Identification of a minor
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by notifying the dc33 support team. You should withdraw any available balance before closing the account. Any bonus for which the applicable wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled upon account closure.

9.2 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity on an account for an extended period, dc33 may declare it inactive. The policy regarding the balance of inactive accounts will be determined separately by dc33 and you will be notified in advance.
